A weekend we can describe in one word: Perfect!
[GB]
In Q1 and Q2, Dries topped the timesheets with a very comfortable margin over the rest of the field. Thanks to these great performances, he secured pole position for Race 1, Race 2, and Race 3.
In both Race 1 and Race 2, he immediately pulled away after the start. Even multiple safety car interventions didn’t bother Dries at all. He has mastered the art of the safety car restart and instantly created a gap after every single restart, allowing him to comfortably win both races.
In Race 3, Dries briefly dropped back in the first corner, but with some immensely skilled driving he managed to retake the lead by the second corner. From there, he created a comfortable gap, which only disappeared behind the safety car. Just like in Race 1 and Race 2, he chose his restart moment very precisely and carefully. He pulled away from the field and went on to take his third victory out of three races during this final weekend of the Formula Winter Series.
